Processing & Dispatch:

• All items are handmade and ready to ship within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Options:

• Free Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days within Poland and the EU
• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
• Tracking: All orders include tracking for full visibility

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

• Prices are exclusive of VAT or import/custom duties; customers are responsible for paying any applicable local taxes.
• Tiny Knit complies with EU VAT regulations where applicable.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• Tiny Knit is not responsible for packages lost after handing over to the carrier, but we will assist in claims.
• For items damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping Restrictions:

• Currently, we ship only within EU member states and Poland.
• If you are outside the EU, please contact us for custom shipping arrangements.
