Refund policy

General Rules:

• You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer rights.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Packaging must be intact.

Custom or Personalized Items:

• Items made to order, personalized, or monogrammed cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Items:

• Contact Tiny Knit immediately if your product is defective or damaged.
• Provide photos of the defect/damage and your order number.
• We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us to request a different size, color, or design.
